开学第一天，我们来【说】点不一样的

如果你听完了整场演讲，希望你的注意力没有在Darren Tay那条穿在西装外的滑稽的underwear上停留太久，就像他说的：“My eyes are up here。”

——今天，9月1日，是众多校园开学的好日子，数不清的学生进入了学校，而Darren演讲中所提到的【Bully】校园霸凌事件势必又将卷土重来。你想好怎么面对了吗？

“I tried buying a cake for Greg, hoping he would stop, only to have the cake on my face. I tried telling the teacher about it, only to have Greg torment me even more."

Darren试图用蛋糕讨好欺负他的Greg，Greg把蛋糕糊在他脸上；也尝试向老师告状，结果换来Greg变本加厉的折磨。

“The way to deal with bullies is not to hide or run, the way to deal with bullies is to outsmart and outlast.”

“摆脱霸凌的唯一办法不是躲藏或逃跑，而是变得比对方更聪明更长久”。Darren当时并不明白这句话真正的含义，于是他转学了，逃跑了。

“I met a bigger bully, a better bully, a stronger bully.""We are our toughest and srongest bullies. We beat ourselves up and put ourselves down."

直到他意识到人生最大的霸凌者是他自己：我们习惯于否认的一个事实是，有时候我们就是自己最大的敌人。我们允许内心的霸凌者控制着自己的生活——

"How long have you permitted your inner bully ti take charge of your life?"

"The  best way to deal with inner bullies is not to run or hide; you cannot run away from the bully here. The best way to deal with it is to stand firm, face it, and acknowledge its presence. when you do so, you are no longer identifying with it, you are standing out and observing it. It's like instead of being out there in the storm, you are now in  the house watching the storm. Your inner bully will weaken and fade."

你容忍自己的内心霸凌者控制你的生活多久了？唯一不能摆脱内心霸凌者的方法，是保持坚定，直面它，正视它。
