首先祝所有若瑟弟兄瞻礼快乐！

今天是大圣若瑟的瞻礼，

他是玛利亚的丈夫、

圣婴孩的护守者，

及普世教会的主保。

在救恩史中，

大圣若瑟是一大信德的柱石，

就像他的祖先亚巴郎（读经二）和达味王（读经一）。

他因着信德成了的父亲，而非因血肉。

当得知玛利亚因童贞而受孕时，

他放下人的智慧去服从天主旨意，

选择与玛利亚结婚。

大圣若瑟的木匠技能给予圣家生活的保障。

毫无疑问，

他也训练年轻成为技术精湛的工人，

而这些将被用来建设天主的神国。

让我们效法大圣若瑟对天主、配偶及家庭的忠诚。

仁慈的天父，亲爱的主，

感谢你赐给我美好的家庭，

求你给我智慧和力量，

为你建立圣善、仁爱的家庭！

求你让我（我丈夫/我父亲）效法大圣若瑟，

带领全家一起侍奉你！

Today is the Feast of St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Guardian of the Holy Child, and Patron of the Universal Church.

St. Joseph is a great pillar of Faith in the history of salvation, much like his ancestor Abraham (2nd Reading) and King David (1st Reading).

 He was father to Jesus not by biology but by Faith. In obeying to marry a girl who was pregnant but claimed virginity (Gospel), he let go his intellect in favor of God's Will.

His carpentry skills provided for the Holy Family, and no doubt trained the young Jesus in work discipline and fine craftsmanship that He would later use in building the Kingdom of God.

Let us follow St. Joseph's faithfulness to God, spouse and family.
