10. Vanity Fair

可能对于很多英语学习者来说，上面这些名著太过艰涩，不仅是语言障碍，各种文化背景也需要慢慢学习慢慢体会，所以，这里也推荐几本难度适中的阅读材料，大家可以从这些书开始读原著：
1.The Little Prince（豆瓣评分：9.2）
《小王子》的故事，很多人小时候都看过吧，小王子、蛇、玫瑰、沙漠、星球等等奇幻事物层出不穷。 圣·埃克苏佩里的这部成人童话，有趣简单，篇幅很短，作为原版书入门的第一本书那是再好不过了。
2.Flipped（豆瓣评分：9.0）
2010年同名电影《怦然心动》大热，男主Bryce可算是迷倒万千少女。 小说以小女孩和小男孩视角交替讲述，这个关乎初恋、成长的可爱故事，在原著里刻画地更加细致动人。
3.The Catcher In The Rye（豆瓣评分：8.7）
《麦田里的守望者》是本争议很大的世界名著，讨厌这本书的人非常讨厌，喜欢的人又喜欢得不得了。 J.D. Salinger通过对主人公霍尔顿的刻画，描绘了美国50年代青少年颓废的生活状态，也就是所谓「垮掉的一代」。 这也是我读的第一本英文原著，用词地道、脏话很多，看起来十分带感。
4.Animal Farm（豆瓣评分：9.3）
一位作家曾对乔治·奥威尔（George Orwell）这样评价：
至于其文笔，有光芒，又有锋芒，举得例子都极奥妙，令人读之唯恐易尽。——钱钟书

全文用词稍难，但篇幅很短，而且情节精彩至极，读原版书错过这本可就太亏了。
5.Norwegian Wood（豆瓣评分：9.0）
Haruki Murakami 就是那位陪跑n年诺奖的日本作家——村上春树，小凡的微信号 Murakami24就是取自这儿，没办法，太喜欢他的书了嘛。 《挪威的森林》是村上流传最广的作品，大家应该也不陌生，简体版译者是林少华，我看了整整三遍，还不过瘾，今年暑假找来杰·鲁宾的英译本《Norwegian Wood》来读，又是另一番风味。这本书不难，句式一点儿不复杂，但篇幅比较长，400页左右，进阶的时候可以看一看。
