安省PNP硕博优才在线申请 系统瘫痪

安省PNP省提名计划的硕士项目，博士项目，Human Capital优才计划三个项目在线申请于2月21日下午如约开放，不过也正如如预料之中的很快瘫痪。截至目前，系统都不太稳定，好不容易注册也无法正常登录。

很多申请ONE KEY账号的同学都被引至一个需要Enrollment Number才能继续下一步的页面。

2月22日安省移民厅官网发布通告，提醒系统出现的bug，建议申请人通过点击不同项目的申请页面来到 ONe-key registration注册页面重新注册。

不过也在末尾补充了一句话，ONe-key系统不稳定，需要申请人不断反复尝试重新注册新的账号，以期能被引导至正常的在线信息填写页面。

ONe-key Enrolment Number and PIN issue

Please note:  Some users of the OINP eFiling system are being redirected to a ONe-key page asking for an “Enrollment Number and PIN”. This is a system error.
If you are redirected to the page asking for an “Enrollment Number and PIN”, please follow these steps:

1. 首先进入PNP不同项目的申请页面Go to the Stream’s application webpage

•  Masters Stream

•  PhD Stream

•  Human Capital Priorities Stream

•  French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream

•  Entrepreneur Stream

2. 点击递交申请Click on the link to submit an application online:

•  “ Submit an application for the Masters Graduate Stream “

•  “ Submit an application for the PhD Graduate Stream “

•  “ Submit an application for the Human Capital Priorities Stream “

•  “ Submit an application for the French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream “

•  “ Register an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the OINP Entrepreneur Stream“

3. 点击sign up now注册新的ONe-key账号Set up a NEW ONe-key registration by clicking: “Don't have a ONe-key ID? Sign up now!”

4. 注册成功后系统会引导至在线信息填写页面After registering a new ONe-key account, you should be directed automatically into the OINP eFiling system.

5. 如果不成功，请反复尝试If these actions do not resolve the issue, please repeat these steps.

The ONe-key system is currently experiencing performance and stability issues. You may need to repeat these steps several times before it is possible to access the OINP eFiling system.
